What happens on a maintenance visit?
Every visit is built around what your garden needs that month. A typical visit covers:
- Mowing the lawn and cutting the edges sharp
- Weeding beds, borders, gravel and paving cracks
- Deadheading and pruning shrubs and climbers
- A light trim of hedges between bigger cuts
- Raking leaves and clearing fallen branches
- Sweeping paths and patios, then taking the waste away
You come home to a garden that looks cared for, not a list of jobs waiting for your weekend.
How often should a gardener visit?
You decide. Some people want the lawn cut every week through the growing months. Others want a monthly visit to keep borders and hedges in shape. You can change the gap between visits whenever you like, so a fortnightly summer plan can drop to monthly in winter.
What does regular garden maintenance cost?
Every garden is different, so we price yours from the photos you send. You get a fixed price per visit by email, and the price only changes if you ask for more work.
Why is regular care easier than a big tidy?
Weeds that are pulled young never seed. Grass that is cut often stays thick. Hedges trimmed little and often keep their shape. Leave a garden for a summer and the same work becomes a full garden clearance.
Do you work on rented and shared gardens?
Yes. Landlords, letting agents and managing agents book regular visits for front gardens, communal gardens and gardens between tenants. Tell us who should get the invoice when you send the form.
Questions about garden maintenance
Do I need to be home when you visit?
No. As long as we can reach the garden, for example through a side gate, you don't need to be in. Tell us how to get in when you fill in the form.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes. We bring mowers, trimmers, hand tools and bags, and we take the green waste away at the end of every visit.
Can I pause visits?
Yes. If you're away or the garden needs less in winter, tell us and we'll move or skip visits.
